How we process a request
Upon receiving your appointment request, we will contact you within 24 hours to gather information about your device and the issues you are experiencing. Following this initial consultation, we will schedule a visit at a convenient time and assign a qualified engineer to address your request. The engineer will arrive within the next 24 hours.
If your device is successfully repaired, our service fee will be 10% of the original price of the product or parts. In cases where replacement parts are necessary, the cost of the parts will be added to the 10% service fee. Please note that our minimum service fee is Rs. 297, and additional visit charges may apply
